The Experience
Wake up to birdsong and forest air. Start the day with vinyasa flow or gentle yin - strong enough to challenge you, spacious enough to meet you where you are.

Breathwork in the open air. A creative workshop (neurographics, candle-making, or crafting your own eye mask). Time to wander to the beach or do absolutely nothing.

Wind down with restorative yoga or a sound bath. Finish the day in the wood-fired sauna or hot tub, watching the sky change colour over dinner with new friends.

This isn't a bootcamp. There's no pressure to attend everything. Some days you'll want to do it all. Some days you'll want to sit with a book by the pond. Both are exactly right.

Meet Your Hosts

Lead Yoga Teacher · 500hr RYT
Ania has been teaching yoga for 5 years across Edinburgh, Newcastle, and Switzerland. She holds 500 hours of training in vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra, and breathwork. Known for her thoughtful hands-on adjustments and creating spaces where people surprise themselves.

Organiser · Creative Workshops
A dedicated yoga practitioner and mental health advocate, currently training as an ADHD coach. Mat handles logistics, creative workshops, and making sure every detail runs smoothly so you can focus on being present.

A Typical Day
Every day follows a rhythm, but nothing is mandatory. Take what you need, leave the rest.
Wake up the body with Ania's signature vinyasa, yin, or gentle movement class. All levels welcome - she'll meet you where you are and push you just enough.
Yoga · 75 minLong, slow, communal. Fresh plant-based everything: smoothie bowls, homemade bread, seasonal fruit from the garden.
MealAlternate days: join a guided workshop (neurographics, candle-making, breathwork) or wander the garden, nap, read, exist.
Workshop · 90 minThe main meal. Hearty, seasonal, entirely plant-based. Eaten together at the long table.
MealThe best part. Hammock, countryside walk, sauna, hot tub, beach excursion, tea and conversation, or blissful nothing.
Free timeSlow down. Long holds, deep stretches, guided meditation. The practice that lets the morning's work settle in.
Yoga · 60 minLight supper, then the evening is yours. Fireside chats, stargazing, sauna, or early bed. No agenda.
MealThe Venue





Fly to Gdańsk (GDA). Direct flights from London take around 2.5 hours. Ryanair and Wizz Air both fly this route.
Train to Elbląg takes about 1 hour from Gdańsk. We'll arrange a group transfer from Elbląg to the venue (included in your price).

Not at all. Ania teaches in a way that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you've been practising for years or this is your first time on a mat, you'll feel welcome and supported.
Absolutely! Most people do. The retreat is designed to be welcoming for solo travellers, and the small group size means you'll get to know everyone quickly.
All meals are fully plant-based and prepared fresh by the venue. We cater to common allergies and dietary needs. Just let us know in advance.

Comfortable clothes for yoga, layers for the coast, and a swimsuit for the sauna and hot tub. Yoga mats and props are provided. We'll send a full packing list after you book.
